It fills the gap between traditional precision measuring instruments and measuring machines. Adopting high-precision linear guide rails to reduce workbench movement errors; Seamless connection of images is achieved through the mobile photography method of the workbench. During the batch measurement process, by capturing single screen field of view product images, different images can be perfectly displaced and concatenated.
The accuracy of this measuring machine can reach micrometers, and surprisingly, the operation is very simple, even if the operator is not familiar with the measurement operation. The measurement software used by this measuring machine, Zhuoxin Intelligent Professional One Button Software, has a user-friendly interface operation mode, and the operator can measure complex workpieces after using it for a few hours.
Main features:
1) Automatic image registration function, without the need for positioning workpieces or fixtures, allows products to be placed randomly, achieving automatic recognition and measurement; Can simultaneously identify multiple measuring workpieces and perform measurements, outputting results;
2) The image sensor adopts an imported high-definition 20 million pixel CCD, paired with a Gige Gigabit Ethernet card (transmission rate: 1G/S), which ensures clear imaging and fine image quality;
3) Adopting imported bilateral telecentric lenses, combined with parallel telecentric transmission light (transmission system), programmable four zone annular shadowless drop light (drop light system), coaxial drop light, and low angle shadowless drop light (optional light source), to ensure the authenticity, stability, and observability of the product imaging required for measurement, making the measurement data very close to the true value, and the repeated measurement data is also very stable, Ensure that operators do not doubt the measurement results due to significant differences in data.
4) The instrument controller produced using new technology (divided into two types: internal and external) can be directly paired with new intelligent software, making instrument lighting control, workbench movement control, and camera exposure control very simple and easy to operate.
